Return window: Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
How to start a return: Contact us with your order reference and reason for return.
Refunds: Once a return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card provider.
Damaged or incorrect items: Contact us with photos of the item and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
